Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 24, 2008, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 8.50 per Equity Share (425% on the face value of Rs 2 per Equity Share) for the financial year ended March 31, 2008, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
